In January of 2019 the Irish artist and curator Stephen Burke started the Post Vandalism Instagram account which is dedicated to artworks that “explore the aesthetics and concepts of graffiti and protest.” Over the years he collected, curated and shared works from globally active artists and filled a gap with this open platform concept just a like a virtual gallery space. With the book Post Vandalism he managed to put together a well chosen quintessence of works with a similar approach, aesthetics and/or aura in the field.

In addition Stephen Burke gives a theoretical foundation by analysing the movement in seven chapters based on his expertise as curator and artist. But the book’s main part are the outstanding examples of artists and their works like Daniel Weissbach, Brad Downey, Wermke/Leinkauf, RAP, NUG, Nils Jendri, AKAY, EPOS257, Dash Snow, Jason REVOK, and many others.
